In 2006, PT. LISA CONCRETE INDONESIA have requested by some contractors to make an Precast Arch Culvert. This Arch Culvert were designed as a bridge that will be erected in “Lintas Selatan” area.

On the first task, we have make one single arch culvert using 10m width and 7.5m width. No doubt that this precast product have too much weight that make a little problem in shipping, lifting, and of course erecting it. But, all those problem can be solved.

On the middle of 2007, those contractor (that buy Arch Culvert from us before) make another purchase for another bridge in the same area. They were satisfied with the previous product of arch culvert that made by us.

For this new order, we do not want to get troubled by weight and dimension of the precast. So, we try to make those arch as separated arch. This mean that in one Arch culvert, it constructed from two parts that should be assembled in site.

This project have successfully done. And we have solve our previous problem about weight and dimension of the Arch Culvert.
